Refund policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
